The Rascal Flatts dudes have been announced as the 2008 recipient of the Academy of Country Music/The Home Depot Humanitarian Award. The lads will receive the accolade for doing good at the awards show on CBS May 18. The Flatts have lended their celebrity and time to causes such as Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt University, the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the American Red Cross.
OK!-Dokey: Miranda Lambert supplied a few A's for a few Q's from OK! Magazine. She dishes on fashion, diet, music, her farm and- warning to Blake Shelton- says, "Currently I’m not a crazy ex-girlfriend, but I can’t promise I won’t be one again."
Miranda, meanwhile, will be pouring wine in Texas Sunday, all to help some critters.
And Blake and Miranda will be gigging together, albeit with separate sets, in Michigan this summer.
CMTMA, Etc.: Over nine million sets of eyeballs caught the CMT Music Awards and its repeats this week....like that's any relief for Miranda.
